SILKY - TOASTY - ZESTY | Inspired by The Scream (1893), this cocktail is a bold expression of silky textures, toasty warmth, and zesty highlights. A delicate balance of Haku Vodka, distilled chili, bread jam, verjus, and Cointreau, each sip is a brushstroke of flavour. Art you can taste.
CRISP - EFFERVESCENT - FLORAL | Inspired by Starry Night (1889), this cocktail captures the quiet beauty of a midnight sky in bloom. A crisp harmony of Roku Gin, Acqua Bianca, and lavender weaves into the soft fizz of lemonade and Laurent-Perrier Héritage Champagne. Cypress essence lingers, adding depth to each effervescent sip. A canvas of flavour in every glass.
CRISP - UMAMI - REFRESHING | Inspired by The Great Wave off Kanagawa (1831) by Katsushika Hokusai, our ‘Wave of Dreams’ cocktail mirrors the elegance and power of the sea. Crisp, umami-rich, and refreshingly bold, every sip carries you on a journey across the tides.

Drinks expert and award-winning global powerhouse Salvatore Calabrese (aka ‘The Maestro’) is a bestselling author of 10 books and a former President of the United Kingdom’s Bartenders’ Guild. Salvatore has long been a consultant to the bar industry and selected brands, sharing his passion for the art of mixology with the world. Inspired by the Roaring Twenties, Calabrese aims to delight guests at Velvet with craft and passion in what he terms: ‘The Music of the Shake’.
