• Allow sufficient time prior to your booking to get changed and complete your spa consultation form
• Please arrive 15 minutes early for treatment bookings of under one hour and 30 minutes early for treatment bookings over one hour
• Please note that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time

Indoor swimming pool
Daily, 7am - 9pm

Gym
Gym members: daily, 7am - 9pm
Hotel guests: daily, 24 hours

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their spa treatment, aside from manicures and pedicures in the nail studio
• Children under 16 are only allowed to use the swimming pool when accompanied by an adult who is a competent swimmer
• Children under 16 are unable to use the gym facilities, water therapy circuit and heat experiences

• Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy
• For health and safety reasons, limit your stay at the water therapy circuit to a maximum of two hours
• Bathing suits are mandatory at the swimming pool and water therapy circuit
• Towels, robes and slippers will be provided

A 50% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled time.
