Yes Corinthia Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (T&Cs) are intended to help you understand how we utilise user generated content, and the rules applicable to you and your content. By responding to our request with the hashtag #YesCorinthia you agree to the following:

1. You own and retain any copyright you may have in the content you directly upload to this platform and you grant Corinthia Hotels Limited, trading as Corinthia Hotels, a royalty free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use your Instagram/Twitter handle and your Instagram/Twitter photograph(s) that you have tagged with the hashtag #corinthiahotels #corinthiahotel #corinthia (specific hotel name e.g. #corinthialondon) and/or #corinthiamoments and in relation to which you have responded #YesCorinthia (the “photos”) on any of its online or offline channels, for its marketing and/or in its advertising
2. Corinthia Hotels may collect, store, use or publicly disclose the personal information, if any, that you include in photos that you have directly uploaded or tagged with the hashtag or geotag
3. Corinthia Hotels may publish, review, use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter, edit and/or remove all or part of your photos in any manner in its sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever
4. You hereby represent and warrant that (i) you own all rights in and to your photos, (ii) you have the right or permission, including from any person(s) appearing in your photos to give Corinthia Hotels the rights herein, (iii) you are 18 years or older, and (iv) Corinthia Hotels’ use of your Instagram handle and/or photos will not violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights or other legal rights of any third party
5. You hereby release and discharge Corinthia Hotels from all and any obligation to pay you for any use of your photos and any of the intellectual property rights contained therein in connection with the uses described above
6. You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold Corinthia Hotels and any person acting on Corinthia Hotels’ behalf harmless from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with use of the photos as described above; and
7. Corinthia Hotels reserves the right to modify or amend these T&Cs at any time and for any reason. Any updates to these T&Cs will take commence as of the time of posting to this site, or such later date as may be specified in the updated T&Cs, and will apply to your use of this site from that point forward.
