Our Team

Simon joined Corinthia Hotels in early 2024 and at a pivotal time, with a mandate to elevate and grow into a global luxury brand.  He is dedicated to delivering world class experience and outcomes for all stakeholders – employees, guests, shareholders and business partners.

Simon was formerly President, EMEA for Four Seasons, overseeing 42 hotels across 26 Countries.  His more than 3 decades in the company showed inspiring progression from Assistant Manager through a variety of senior leadership roles around the world.  As such, Simon’s career is marked by ambition, passion and lifelong learning.  His profound sense of humanly, servant leadership and relentless pursuit of service excellence sets him apart as a true and notable leader in his generation of hoteliers.

Roderick is responsible for Corinthia’s day-to-day operations, as well as driving our strategy forward as we achieve our ambitious growth plans. With extensive experience and a long-standing tenure at Corinthia Hotels, he has held several key positions, including Vice President of Operations, Finance Director and Chief Projects Officer.

With over 15 years of financial leadership in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of driving commercial success and operational efficiency, Alberto's career spans on-property, regional, and corporate office roles with major hotel owners and operators. Most recently, he served as Group Finance Director for the hotel division of the Virgin Group, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of ultra-luxury and luxury lifestyle properties across multiple jurisdictions. Alberto's professional profile includes an MBA, and he is also a Chartered Accountant.

Alberto leads the finance team and is responsible for driving Corinthia's financial strategy, ensuring robust financial performance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. He champions financial excellence, fosters accountability, and supports the company’s long-term objectives.

Christian focuses on leading our commercial teams including Sales, Marketing, PR, Communications, Digital, Revenue Management and Loyalty for all Corinthia hotels, both in our existing portfolio and new openings.

Previously he served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Revenue Management at Rocco Forte Hotels. He has also held senior management roles at Kempinski Hotels, The Walt Disney Company and Starwood and Marriott, with extensive experience in Europe and the United States, and holds an MBA.

Guido leads the development team and is responsible for growing the Corinthia brand globally, focusing on the addition of ultra-luxury hotels in key cities and resorts.

Since graduating from EHL in 2007, he has built a distinguished career in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Guido was a founding member of Hyatt’s London based development team where he played a pivotal role in expanding their footprint in strategic locations across Europe. He held key positions for several high-profile ownership groups including Cedar Capital, where he focused on acquisitions and development of luxury properties across the world. Furthermore, Guido gained debt financing experience during his time at Aareal Bank and, earlier in his career, spent four years consulting with CBRE Hotels in London.

Kirsten leads our global People and Culture function, working alongside our talented team to drive initiatives that support our mission to create inspiring destinations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. She also plays a crucial role in further embedding the Spirit of Corinthia throughout our organisational culture, fostering an environment that promotes employee well-being and growth.  

Kirsten brings over 20 years of leadership experience in people and culture initiatives having held senior roles at prominent organisations, including BVLGARI Hotels and Associated British Foods.
