What time can I check in?
Standard check-in time is 3pm. If you are arriving earlier, we can store your bags.
What time do I have to check out?
Standard check-out time is at 11am. We can keep your bags if you wish to spend the day exploring the city.
When is the Spa open?
The Spa is open between 9am - 9pm. The gym is also available 24 hours a day for hotel guests.
When and where is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served in Casa Tua between 7 - 11am from Monday to Sunday.
Do I need a reservation for dinner?
Booking is recommended. Please speak to a member of our team and we will make a reservation for you. Walk-ins are welcomed but we cannot guarantee a table.
