Diogo Navarro de Castro
Explore the artistic talent of Diogo Navarro de Castro showcased in our Maritime Suite, Fado Suite and hotel lobby. Taking inspiration from his childhood in Africa and his travels, he works on canvas or wood with an assemblage of materials in which light plays a central role.
He has exhibited in over 80 solo and group exhibitions in Portugal and internationally. In 2012 he received the first prize of “Image of Russia” by the Russian Academy of Fine Arts in Moscow, Russia and in 2014 he won the painting category award at the International “Vera Art Festival” in Lisbon, Portugal.
