What time can I check in?
Check-in time is at 2pm. If you are arriving earlier, we can store your luggage.

What time do I have to check out?
Check-out is at 12 noon. We can store your bags if you wish to spend the day exploring the city.

When is the Spa open?
THE SPA by Corinthia Lisbon is open between 9am -9pm daily. The gym is open 24 hours a day for hotel guests.

Can children use the spa?
We offer a selection of treatments for children at THE SPA by Corinthia Lisbon. Children under 16 can use the swimming pool if they are accompanied by an adult however, the the Water Therapy Circuit, gym and heat experiences are only available to those over 16.

When and where is breakfast served?
Breakfast is available in Olivae Restaurant & Terrace between 7:00-10:30am from Monday to Friday, and 7-11am on Saturday and Sunday.

Do I need a reservation for dinner?
Booking is recommended. Please speak to a member of our team and we will make a reservation for you. Walk-ins are welcomed but we cannot guarantee a table.

Where are the best views in Lisbon?
Contrary to popular belief, the highest point in Lisbon is not St. George’s Castle, but in what was called the mount of St. Gens at the neighbourhood of Graça, where you can find Lady of the Mount viewpoint. While this popular spot is easily accessible on foot through traditional alleyways, it is also serviced by the city's famous trams.

Is Lisbon a good place for shopping?
For those who enjoy shopping, Lisbon will prove a real paradise. Whether you're in town for business or on holiday, take your time to stroll along the streets, glimpsing at the colourful shop windows. Within a range of 5 km, you will find some of Portugal's largest shopping malls where you can shop until midnight. El Corte Inglés is just a 15 minutes walk, 2 metro stops away and Colombo, 3 stops.
