Tom Kerridge

Renowned British chef Tom Kerridge has a reputation for serving his own take on the UK’s most celebrated dishes. He became the first chef to receive two Michelin stars for a gastropub, and makes regular TV appearances on shows like Great British Menu, MasterChef and Saturday Kitchen. Kerridge’s Bar & Grill, situated on the ground floor of Corinthia London, is an elegant eatery whose menu pays homage to classic dishes and traditional techniques. Alongside head chef, Tom Childs, Kerridge creates a culinary experience that celebrates the true essence of British cuisine.

Salvatore Calabrese

Drinks expert and award-winning global powerhouse Salvatore Calabrese (aka ‘The Maestro’) is a bestselling author of 10 books and a former President of the United Kingdom’s Bartenders’ Guild. Salvatore has long been a consultant to the bar industry and selected brands, sharing his passion for the art of mixology with the world. Velvet at Corinthia London is a late-night bar that brings the theatrics back to cocktail-making. Inspired by the Roaring Twenties, Calabrese aims to delight guests with craft and passion in what he terms: ‘The Music of the Shake’. The award-winning interiors by David Collins Studio present glamour and opulence throughout.

Francesco Mazzei

Francesco Mazzei was raised with a passion for food. Over the last four decades, Mazzei has been recognised as one of the great Italian chefs, having worked in five-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, Asia, the United States and the Middle East.

Mazzei and his culinary team serve Italian classics and signature favourites throughout their residency at Villa Corinthia, located on the ground floor of Corinthia Palace, where the Corinthia story began. While the dishes are rooted in Italian tradition and flavours, Mazzei and his team have drawn inspiration from local seasonal produce. 

Mazzei's latest venture is The Summer Garden at Corinthia Palace, where culinary mastery intertwines with stunning scenery. Framed by the hotel's picturesque pool, The Summer Garden transforms into a magical setting after sunset, combining music and Mediterranean flair to create a unique dining experience.

Casa Tua is an iconic restaurant and private members’ club curated by Miky Grendene and Leticia Herrera-Grendene. With establishments in Miami, Aspen and Paris, each Casa Tua destination offers authentic cuisine, elegant design and impeccable service. The treasured Miami Beach hotspot is a celebrity favourite, which will bring its Italian flair to New York for the first time and further re-establish Corinthia’s opening as a new and exciting destination for the Upper East Side. From the restaurant and bar to the lobby lounge and members’ area, Casa Tua will provide guests with a selection of buzzing spaces to enjoy.

Samy Sass

Samy Sass is a Portuguese entrepreneur best known for his infamous SASS' Café, a legendary spot in Monaco where guests dine, drink and dance all night long. His exceptional relationship skills have played a pivotal role in expanding the restaurant's clientele and his innovative approach to culinary experiences is second to none. Now, Sass will transport his SASS' Restaurant & Lounge concept to Corinthia Bucharest, promising to create a seamless fusion of world-class service and electrifying entertainment.

Carlo Cracco

Carlo Cracco is a celebrated Michelin-starred Italian chef and one of the foremost proponents of progressive Italian cooking. His restaurant Cracco is among the 50 Best Restaurants in the World and he holds Three Forks in Gambero Rosso as well as Five Hats in La Guida dell’Espresso. Regarded as something of a pioneer, Cracco will put his signature twist on culinary experiences across the ground floor of Corinthia Rome, a new luxury destination in the heart of the city.
