Key Responsabilities

• Prepare Restaurant and tables to meet the exact specifications of our clients, ensuring every detail aligns with the luxurious standards of Corinthia Lisbon.
• Serve food and beverages with impeccable professionalism and courtesy, enhancing the guest experience with personalised service.
• Anticipate and promptly address the needs and desires of our guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Maintain the perfect condition and elegant organisation of the Restaurant area throughout the event, upholding our hotel's standards.
• Work seamlessly with our kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated service.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a warm & positive attitude.
  Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Confidentiality

Whist working for the Company there will be access to a wide variety of confidential information concerning the Company, guests and employees. 
It is vital that all such information remains confidential and must not be disclosed to anyone outside the Company, guests and employees, unless otherwise stated. 

Health & Safety

• To be aware of and comply with safe working practices as stipulated by the Health and Safety Act and as applicable to your place of work. This will include the incumbent’s awareness of any specific hazards at the workplace
• The wearing of appropriate protective clothing provided by or recommended by the Company will be obligatory
• To report any defects in the building, plant or equipment according to our hotel procedures
• To ensure that any accidents to staff, guests or visitors are reported immediately in accordance with correct procedures
• To attend statutory Fire, Health & Safety training and to be fully conversant with and abide by all rules concerning: Fire, Health and Safety

As the hotel’s level of business varies considerably, there is a need for flexibility in attitude, approach and working hours.

Skills & Knowledge

• Fluent spoken in English 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a refined sense of hospitality and service
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without compromising quality
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering a flawless service
