Corinthia Budapest is looking for a Waiter/Waitress to provide exceptional service in a refined dining environment. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional with a passion for guest experience and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming and seating guests
- Taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen and offering recommendations to upsell appetisers, desserts or drinks
- Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction and maintaining regular contact throughout their dining experience
- Staying attentive to guest needs in the dining area
- Providing professional in-room dining services
- Delivering food from the kitchen to guests
- Ensuring orders are correctly prepared and presented before serving
- Following health and safety regulations in food handling
- Preparing the restaurant according to the time of day and occasion
- Supervising the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant
The ideal candidate:
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Professional qualification in hospitality or a related field
- Proficient command of English and Hungarian
- High level of guest service and problem-solving skills
- Professional self-presentation and corporate representation
