Spa Manager

The multi-award-winning Corinthia Budapest is seeking an ambitious, driven and highly motivated individual ready to build a career in hospitality. As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa experiences, ensuring the highest standards of service and optimising operations to enhance efficiency while upholding the hotel’s renowned excellence.

Tasks and involvements:

• Establish guest relations, introduce upselling and coordinate it continuously
• Schedule organise and supervise the spa team
• Participate in recruitment, deliver trainings and development programmes for the spa team
• Compile the annual payroll and headcount budget and forecast
• Create the spa house rules and revise it annually
• Check guest satisfaction results, make statistics and analyse them
• Coordinate the purchasing of products and materials for the spa
• Participate in fixed assets and consumables stock takes
• Establish and implement spa packages and launch them on the market
• Actively participate in preparing a marketing plan, make suggestions and execute it in close cooperation with the Sales & Marketing Director
• Implement new membership packages, hold meetings and manage contracts
• Organise events for spa members
• Create promotions for the newsletter
• Make daily reports on spa guest numbers (hotel, outside, members), treatments and revenue

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Spa Management & Operations
• Spa related certification ideally in the field of treatments
• Service orientated attitude and creativity
• Excellent command of written and spoken Hungarian and English
• Ability to manage and coordinate a team
