Corinthia Budapest is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable experiences for our guests. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for service, attention to detail and a warm, welcoming presence.
Key responsibilities:
- Checking guests in and out according to hotel policy and procedure
- High-level cooperation with other departments
- Responsible for concierge duties
- Meeting and greeting arriving guests
- Preparing welcome amenities for VIPs
- Welcoming and escorting VIP guests to their rooms
- Arranging compensation gifts when needed
- Conducting hotel show-arounds for guests
- Creating surprises for special occasions (birthdays, honeymoons, farewells, etc.)
The ideal candidate:
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
- College/university degree in a relevant field
- Proficient command of English, with Hungarian preferred
- Digital literacy with Opera PMS hotel system knowledge
- High level of guest service and problem-solving skills
- Professional self and corporate representation
