Corinthia Budapest is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable experiences for our guests. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for service, attention to detail and a warm, welcoming presence.


Key responsibilities: 
  • Checking guests in and out according to hotel policy and procedure
  • High-level cooperation with other departments
  • Responsible for concierge duties
  • Meeting and greeting arriving guests
  • Preparing welcome amenities for VIPs
  • Welcoming and escorting VIP guests to their rooms
  • Arranging compensation gifts when needed
  • Conducting hotel show-arounds for guests
  • Creating surprises for special occasions (birthdays, honeymoons, farewells, etc.)
The ideal candidate:
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • College/university degree in a relevant field
  • Proficient command of English, with Hungarian preferred
  • Digital literacy with Opera PMS hotel system knowledge
  • High level of guest service and problem-solving skills
  • Professional self and corporate representation
