Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimise the efficiency of all food and beverage operations
- Lead, mentor and inspire the food and beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence
- Implement strategies to maximise revenue, minimise costs and enhance business performance
- Monitor financial performance, ensuring budget targets are met through proactive adjustments
- Define pricing strategies and menu engineering in collaboration with the Culinary Director
- Strictly adhere to purchasing procedures, including contract management with suppliers
- Maintain strong supplier relationships alongside the Culinary Director and Purchasing Manager
- Ensure consistent adherence to food and beverage policies and standard operating procedures
- Oversee revenue and cost-control measures to drive profitability
- Serve as Duty Manager, supporting the hotel’s operational leadership team
The ideal candidate:
- Extensive experience in food and beverage management, with a proven leadership track record
- University or college degree in hospitality or a related field
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hungarian is an advantage
- Strong background in developing and executing food and beverage concepts
- Exceptional guest service and problem-solving skills
- Professional presence and corporate representation
- Up-to-date knowledge of both local and global industry trends
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
