About you

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in a luxury spa, wellness centre or high-end hospitality environment
• A strong command of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A warm, professional and engaging personality
• Computer literacy, with experience using booking and POS systems
• A keen eye for luxury service standards and guest care
• A passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
• Eligible to live and work in the EU
