To celebrate the Asparagus season, Garry Hollihead has gone back to basics with a selection of simple yet delicious recipes showing off one of the country’s best loved vegetables. Along with a recipe for warm asparagus with orange and hollandaise sauce, Hollihead will share his secrets for creating a perfect asparagus and Jerusalem artichoke soup, a fragrant and summery steamed lemon sole with asparagus and sauce verge and finally an indulgent roast sea scallops with asparagus risotto.
All four of Hollihead’s dishes will appear on a taster menu, available to guests of The Northall during the first few weeks in May, weather permitting.
