Teatru Astra will continue its 10-year tradition of staging an opera on the last Saturday of October and the Thursday preceding it, with the dates chosen for this year being 25th and 27th October 2012.
The opera is expected to open what will be the 11th edition of this annual festival of culture that seeks to expose that which the island of Gozo is well-known for in the cultural field: opera, music, history, archaeology, trades and traditions.
